Day 01 : Arrive Pathankot-Dalhousie (80 Kms / 3-4 hrs drive)

Arrive Pathankot railway station, Upon arrival meeting and assistance followed by transfer to Dalhousie. On arrival in Dalhousie checkin at Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Dalhousie retains much of the ambience of the Raj. The town spreads around five hills - Kathlog, Portreyn, Tehra, Bakrota, and Balun - and is clothed extensively in stately groves of deodar and oak. Its two busy points, Gandhi Chowk and Subhash Chowk, are connected by the Mall which is actually two roads intertwined like the figure of eight. You'll probably find yourself at the bus stand on reaching here first, which is the scruffiest part of the town. The main parts of Dalhousie lie above this terminus. Its tin-roofed, half-timbered houses present the most delightful sight.

Day 02 : Dalhousie-Khajjiar (23 Kms / 1 hr drive)

Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Khajjiar. On arrival checkin at Hotel. Rest of the day free for exploring the city. Overnight stay at hotel.

Khajjiar - A small picturesque saucer-shaped plateau surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests, is one of the 160 places throughout the world to have been designated "Mini Switzerland". Yes, this is Khajjiar, a tiny tourist resort in Chamba about 24 kms from Dalhousie; at an altitude of 6,500 ft. above sea level. The moment one enters the picturesque Khajjiar, one is welcomed by a yellow Swiss sign for 'hiking path' which reads "Mini Switzerland".22 km. from Dalhausie and 23 km. from Chamba ) A little out of Dalhousie is a beautiful, charming retreat that makes an ideal day excursion or even an overnight visit. Far from any major town, this tranquil spot has a small lake in the centre, on which is a floating island. Fed by slim streams, this small lake rests in the centre of the large glade of Khajjiar. The glade and the lake are held sacred to Khajjinag - after whom the place is named.Khajjiar has the thick forest of the Kalatop sanctuary surrounding its soft green grass. It is 1.5 km long and 1 km wide. It is surrounded by cedar (deodar) forest. This is like a magical paradise.

Day 03 : Khajjiar-Chamba (22 Kms / 1 hrs drive)

Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Chamba. On arrival Chamba checkin at Hotel. Afternoon visit's Eighth Century Laxmi Narayan Temple, Bhuri Singh Art Museum. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04 : Chamba-Dalhousie (60 kms / 3 hrs)

Breakfast at the hotel and drive back to Dalhousie. On arrival in Dalhousie checkin at Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05 : Dalhousie Depart

Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Pathankot railway station to connect train for your onward destination.
